
Handel and Westwood in Hannover
The music theatre performance “Semele Walk” opened the Kunstfestspiele in Hannover’s Herrenhausen palace: to the music of George Frideric Handel’s oratorio, silent models strutted up and down a “catwalk of feelings” wearing extravagant costumes designed by Vivienne Westwood and made from Jakob Schlaepfer haute couture fabrics. Spring in the “Neue Werkstätten”
